Contractes, pressupostos, consentiments, autoritzacions, documentació laboral… moltes empreses continuen gestionant documents importants mitjançant correus electrònics, arxius PDF, impressions, escanejos i seguiments manuals.

Què és eFirma GO?

Diversos firmants, revisors i ordre de firma

Molts documents empresarials no depenen d’una única persona.

  • Contractes comercials.
  • Pressupostos i propostes.
  • Comandes i acceptacions de clients.
  • Contractes laborals i documentació de recursos humans.
  • Consentiments i autoritzacions.
  • Documentació de clíniques i centres professionals.
  • Documents de centres educatius.
  • Operacions immobiliàries.
  • Documentació d’assessories i despatxos professionals.

eFirma GO per a equips comercials

eFirma GO per a recursos humans

eFirma GO per a clíniques, assessories i altres serveis professionals

Prova eFirma GO abans d’implantar-lo
